A trip to Western Ghats - My experience!

Jai Sai Master!

Sri Saradamba temple, Sringeri in the twilight
Lord Chandramouliswara temple from Sringeri Mutt
For a long time, we yearned to see some of the places situated in western region of India, in Karnataka. Places like Sringeri, Udupi, Dharmasthala are all places well talked about and visited by many whom I know of. This never happened when I was in Bangalore and ironically, happened, after I settled in Hyderabad. Everything happened like a clock-work and whole trip of 2500+ kms went off without any hitch anywhere. And, in every temple we visited, we had wonderful opportunity to spend a lot of time in the presence of deity. Particularly Udupi, where Lord Krishna blessed us with 30 minutes of HIS presence, Dharmasthala, where we could walk through to the sanctum sanctorum to bow to the Divine Mother and the Lord, every thing still feels like a dream.

While going through the hills infested with forests to visit Horanadu or passing by Ghat section of Agumbe in heavy rain, it was only the blessings of Divya Janani that made this whole thing pass through with no incidents. It is said, only with the blessings of Mahatmas, such things happen. Be the darshan of Sringeri Seer, or allowing us to stay for two nights in the presence of Sri Saradamba, we feel, the sheer blessing made things possible for us to enjoy every moment.

This brings up the sentence mentioned by Sri Sai Master in Sri Sai Leelamrutam, where in the travel by Sri Dasaganu Maharaj to Godavari river is done with the blessings of Sri Sai Baba.

When one is travelling to places like these, one should seek the blessings of Mahatmas to derive the benefit of that travel. Also, those blessings help to keep the mind on the right things all through without focusing on unnecessary things like good accommodation, good food or nice darshan etc.. Helps to stay alert to enjoy the nature and at the same time helps to stay pure in the presence of the Lord.

We bow to the Divya Janani for the blessings!

The "Power" that came along !!

Jai Sai Master!

April 8, 2013: Nagole, Hyderabad.

It was decided that 60 members of Nagole Satsang would leave for Gangapur, near Gulbarga, a famous Datta Kshetram, on a 11 day trip. While it was an exciting news for the members, who were on a deeksha, few of the issues that came up were, food, water and most importantly, facing the setting-in heat at that place. Gulbarga being a dry place, with temperatures already soaring high, availability of current to atleast provide fans was found to be most challenging.

After a brief discussion touching the focus points, for power an easy solution was found and it proved to be a real "divine" gift - Solar power. The team packed-in 6 panels on top of a vehicle with couple of batteries thrown in along with an inverter. Once the team reached the place, one of the foremost things to be done was to mount the panels on top of the building and connecting to the batteries through the inverter.

This system proved to be a simple, yet providing a clean energy that we consumed without any cost associated with it. More than this, at a place, where power is provided only 6 hours a day, it is a great boon to have this kind of system which can light up the place for the team to go around as usual as one can think of.

It will be only time before many such units can come up in all the villages across with SAGES getting in to the solar solutions line with an intention to support villages and critical care units to empower them.

May Sri Sai Master and Divyajanani bless the endeavour which is intended at providing an efficient solution for harvesting clean energy.

Sri Manga Bharadwaja Trust - In the service of Guru!

Jai Sai Master!

A true GURU never feels that HE is a GURU and never acquires or controls anything materialistic. HE teaches what is right and it is up to the one following to do so with all sincerity. However, when HE comes for the welfare of millions and starts teaching, nature responds by creating many ways in which the message flows across to reach those millions in wonderful ways, some seen and some unseen. Sri Manga Bharadwaja Trust is one such ways in which HIS message is being propagated all around.

Established in the year 2010 (April 2010), with divine blessings of Divyajanani, the trust is completing 3 years of service and humbly bows to that LORD DATTA, who came to our midst in the form of Pujya Acharya Sri Ekkirala Bharadwaja and re-energised people and motivated many in the path of Guru parampara, indicating that alone is the way for salvation. While those who were with HIM are the fortunate few, efforts are being made to preserve HIS work (HIS manuscripts), collect HIS speeches to ensure future generations can use them effectively.

During the inception, the trustees of Sri Manga Bharadwaja Trust, indicated that the main objective of the Trust is to support the cause of propagation of the right way of living, as taught by Sri Sai Master and is being followed by HIS family, to support those who wish to follow HIM truthfully, to support the greater cause of building a society dedicated to living harmoniously, righteously aiming at creating a new world order with robust spiritual fundamentals.

India, fortunately experienced this way of living in the past, way back, and it is our endeavour to go back to the golden period with no cause of worry due to pollution of any kind in a human life. Sri Sai Master's literature helps in understanding this way of living and to clearly set a purpose for the life. At our trust office at Nagole, Hyderabad and Kothapet, Ongole, we make all the literature available along with photos and other memorabilia of Sri Sai Master.

Literature on display at Trust office at Hyderabad
Photos of Sri Sai Master, Lord Datta, Sri Shirdi Sai Baba and others
Literature ready for sale

May we pray to Sri Sai Master to bless us to continue to serve in many ways using all our energies to support the greater cause of putting building blocks for a bright future.

Entertainment- At any cost!!!

Jai Sai Master!

"It is wonderful film! Shot over 30 locations and spent over 2 crores..beautiful ra!!"
"What a waste of time? lousy da machha!"
"Oh my goodness..!!Crazy...nothing in this movie makes sense. No story, no proper editing..only music is somewhat good...!! "

These are some of the common lines that you hear when you go around with friends and infact, some that I heard during my days. However, once we start using a little bit of common sense, suddenly we realise, IT was a real waste of time and effort and we have been looted or cheated in the name of entertainment, sometimes, cheap entertainment..!!

Cinema is a real industry.. The only industry, probably, which will never get tired as there is someone or other who is intelligent enough to play with the dubmbo that we are, who are ready to part with any amount to "enjoy" that entertainment. Probably, this is the only field, where we end up losing in every sense and every director or actor who is suppose to be entertaining us, is getting away with money with no responsibility what-so-ever.

We pay for the movie..we sit through what ever time..we pay for the snacks or drinks.. we come back and if we are not strong mentally, live in those dreams wasting more and more time. But the sub-conscious which picks up the pictures, comes out at an opportune time playing on our emotions. If we closely observe, if we are movie buff, we cry like a particular person or like in a particular movie even. It so happens, that everyone who is getting in to college or getting married or going to be a father... always will have some reel infront of him that is going-on, and falls flat as the real life never matches with reel life. Media, overall, has influenced every family to form opinions. Every member of the family of will have an opinion on every subject and hence, the total outlook never converges. Elders always feel that younger lot is horrible due to the influences, but never works on remedies.

While many of us feel intelligent, if we really observe ourselves with cinema or any media (buying or watching TV) watch, we understand that we are the dumbest of all for we pay for our entertainment and spend our valuable time to write critique of it or even read it. Are we intelligent and educated?

Jai Sai Master!!
