Jai Sai Master!
On this day, couple of years back, a Trust was formed, by the name Sri Manga Bharadwaja Trust, with an objective of sustaining and further spreading of Sri Sai Master's message - Seek the Truth, without believing blindly.
A big task indeed for the Trust. Though, the trust was officially formed with few on the paper, this is a trust "owned" by millions of Sri Sai Master's followers for everyone has a part to play to take the message to each and every corner of the globe. But what is that message that we need to spread? This forms the crux of the teachings of Divyajanani Sri Alivelu Mangamma, wife of Sri Sai Master, Smt Vedavathi Adidam, daughter of Sri Sai Master, Sri Ekkirala Dwarakanath Jnaneswar, son of Sri Sai Master.
It is not only the teachings, but the acts that tell everyone what is a take-away for every family that comes in to contact with Sri Sai Master's family. While this may sound pompous to read, one needs to be around for sometime to understand the subtle changes that they bring in everyone. Even interacting with the people around currently staying and taking a look at the environs, will make one understand how those subtle changes are bringing in quality in the way of thinking or living life of those families.
Today's world is full of adulteration of every kind and so is what Sri Sai Master taught. There are innumerable devotees of Sri Shirdi Sai Baba, who consider him to be God or Super God, who can grant every boon that they wish for with one visit to Shirdi. There are thousands of Sai temples, and as we speak, few more are being consecrated. However, the very philosophy behind these are what makes the real devotee of Sri Shirdi Sai Baba wonder, about the kind of adulteration of of HIS philosophy. A person, who shunned religion being associated him, who cared for the true bhakthi rather than materialistic devotion, who wanted to break the differences and see HIM in every form and love all, is being treated as a mere GOD. There are differences in trustees ideologies and how they want to celebrate each function, sometimes resorting to "novel" ways to "attract" crowd.There are hundreds of books on Sri Sai Baba, but with authors hardly bothered about HIM but care more for spreading the message with themselves at core. There are hardly anyone who dedicated his/ her life to spreading the real "message".
At such times, the real Sai devotee need to understand the Sai philosophy to take it to every nook and corner to re-establish the order and to help next generations seek happiness through HIM. For this, Sri Sai Master's holy book, Sri Sai Leelamrutam, which was written with more than 15 years of extensive search and meeting many who lived with Sri Shirdi Sai Baba, helps a lot to understand HIS way of teaching the right way of living.
On this day, when we celebrate Sri Rama Navami, it re-emphasizes the fact that we need to work harder to spread Sri Sai Master's message across to enable setting up environment to bring back a society which runs on HIS path atleast two generations hence. May Seeta Rama, bless us with the strength to sustain the focus and power and courage to fight the evil for the re-estabishment.
